the 24th April

I have now the honor

for the information of His Excellency the Governor a plan of

the Kowloon District shewing each plot of arable

Land tinted and numbered from 1 to 24 inclusive; I also exhibit thereon in a Tabular

form the several plots with the areas converted into Chinese Mows at the rate of Six to the Acre.
